Group Therapy

Coming together in a group can be an effective way for people to both be challenged by- and also receive support from, individuals who share similar experiences to them. The group may offer reflections or feedback that help a person see their difficulties in a new light. Sometimes the awareness of not being the only person to experience problems can be healing on its own.

Groups we have previously facilitated,

  • Self-awareness
  • Let’s talk about sexuality!

We run groups regularly when there are not restrictions on gathering as a group.  We anticipate groups will resume when lockdown is over.

Usually there are around 6-8 people in a group.
